Jose was the only company to recommend using primed, un-painted fiber cement siding and doing a full paint job (above and beyond siding and trim), and that certainly was the right call, it looks beautiful and cohesive. I am extremely happy we went with a company that didn´t just want to do the job, but provided the best advice. They finished the whole house in 2-3 weeks (as planned) and professionally kept me in the loop as to updates, their potential concerns, and addressed mine extremely quickly (typically within a day) with no complaints or pushback. Their painter was extremely amazing, and very detail oriented with some specifically tricky bits, and sharp, clean lines everywhere. Pricing was more than reasonable too... They provided siding, trim work, and a full paint job (2+ coats) for what most quoted for siding only. When it comes to siding, you do have options, but I´d certainly recommend using ESG again, and consider at least getting a quote!

We could always reach him via text and email and he responded quickly. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up the debris really well. They were also friendly, which is a bonus! We got quotes from three different places and thought the ESG price and timeline was quite reasonable. We´re so happy with the way the house turned out! It looks brand new! We went with ESG Construction to redo our siding, repair underlying damage, and paint. Just wrapped up in November and are sleeping well this winter know we are water tight! We received a competitive quote from ESG. Jose, the owner, was so responsive to a long list of questions we had during the pre-contract phase. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Once the work was underway, his crew was phenomenal to have on-site. They worked 7am-5pm every (and came on a few weekend days as well). They were courteous and fastidious and had the best attitude toward one another. It was such a smoothly run operation. Jose worked with us to divvy up repairs so we could keep our costs manageable. Despite finding many substrate areas in need of repair, Jose didnt squeeze us on the costs. We cant say enough about our experience working with ESG Construction. They were phenomenal start to end. After we had ESG Construction complete our dry rot, siding repair along with painting we were made aware of some dry rot on some of the existing deck structure. We decided to have them do our deck and front porch in TimberTech advanced pvc decking material. It took us a couple of weeks to decide on the job and colors we wanted to use. Jose had great suggestions about putting a picture frame design on the edges of the deck. We also had his company rebuild the built in benches and replace the railing and gate on the deck. The crew did a great job. We love the deck and have been enjoying it every day since it has been complete. Again with Jose's suggestion we had them put lighting on the steps. It is a beautiful deck! Jose and his crew are really great to work with! They are respectful, skilled and very responsive to all of our concerns. We would work with this company again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish The ESG team provided excellent service! We were having new siding installed on our home. And this James Hardie, Hardie board looks absolutely lovely. The team showed up bright and early every morning, the company owner communicated directly and regularly about where we were in the process what next steps were. If we had questions or expressed any sort of concern he was Johnny on the spot. He would make time to meet with us and talk through any and all questions all through the process. And anybody who knows me will tell you I always have questions, lol. He was never frustrated by it and was always happy to help. Not only do they do the siding when that job was complete all of the little pieces that will collect around a job site were thoroughly cleaned up. Then they sent their painter out and the paint job is beautiful. In this process I wanted to have the front porch rebuilt, they gave me an incredibly reasonable bid for that and it too is a job beautifully well done. If you're looking for a company to do your siding or other work on your house I cannot recommend ESG enough. Excellent company excellent Service!

Highly recommend -- prompt, professional, great quality! We requested a bid for a leaky window and a few construction defects, and ESG promptly came out to provide us with a quote. Their estimator arrived early & was able to quickly identify the probable cause of the leak. ESG was the only company that brought a ladder and climbed up to inspect the actual window and crawl around on a roof. They pointed out numerous existing construction defects and thoroughly explained how they can correct them -- they were very thorough, economical & prompt with the free estimate! The crew finished the job within their original time estimate, and they cleaned up everything like they were never there. ESG provided us with a seamless, stress-free process for a daunting home repair. Before leaving, they proactively went around and fixed numerous other existing construction defects by caulking all sorts of wall pipe penetrations, siding nail holes, and siding flashing that was unrelated to their contracted work but they said was missing & potential areas for water to get inside -- so kind & professional!
