After we had ESG Construction complete our dry rot, siding repair along with painting we were made aware of some dry rot on some of the existing deck structure. We decided to have them do our deck and front porch in TimberTech advanced pvc decking material. It took us a couple of weeks to decide on the job and colors we wanted to use. Jose had great suggestions about putting a picture frame design on the edges of the deck. We also had his company rebuild the built in benches and replace the railing and gate on the deck. The crew did a great job. We love the deck and have been enjoying it every day since it has been complete. Again with Jose's suggestion we had them put lighting on the steps. It is a beautiful deck! Jose and his crew are really great to work with! They are respectful, skilled and very responsive to all of our concerns. We would work with this company again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish The ESG team provided excellent service! We were having new siding installed on our home. And this James Hardie, Hardie board looks absolutely lovely. The team showed up bright and early every morning, the company owner communicated directly and regularly about where we were in the process what next steps were. If we had questions or expressed any sort of concern he was Johnny on the spot. He would make time to meet with us and talk through any and all questions all through the process. And anybody who knows me will tell you I always have questions, lol. He was never frustrated by it and was always happy to help. Not only do they do the siding when that job was complete all of the little pieces that will collect around a job site were thoroughly cleaned up. Then they sent their painter out and the paint job is beautiful. In this process I wanted to have the front porch rebuilt, they gave me an incredibly reasonable bid for that and it too is a job beautifully well done. If you're looking for a company to do your siding or other work on your house I cannot recommend ESG enough. Excellent company excellent Service!

Highly recommend -- prompt, professional, great quality! We requested a bid for a leaky window and a few construction defects, and ESG promptly came out to provide us with a quote. Their estimator arrived early & was able to quickly identify the probable cause of the leak. ESG was the only company that brought a ladder and climbed up to inspect the actual window and crawl around on a roof. They pointed out numerous existing construction defects and thoroughly explained how they can correct them -- they were very thorough, economical & prompt with the free estimate! They had a detailed, competitive quote and an easy-to-understand contract with a good warranty. They answered all of our questions on the bid and they provided an estimate of how long the work will take. The quote didn't have any hidden fees re: equipment rentals, dump charges, bathroom rentals, et cetera, so we didn't need to worry about any potential supplier/subcontractor Lien risks. We verified them with WA Labor & Industries, and they had no claims so we had a good piece of mind in choosing them for our home repairs. After we signed the contract, ESG promptly put us in their scheduling queue. We were promptly scheduled and they communicated early and often to remind us of our upcoming repair. They showed up early with a large crew, and they had all the materials staged, and started the demo within the first 2-hours of being onsite! The crew communicated well & gave frequent photo updates of their findings re: the construction defects & leaky window. They breezed through the demo and promptly identified the leak. Before we knew it they repaired the problem areas and were already wrapping up siding. They were very meticulous with their installation, correctly installing Tyvek everywhere, sealing every seam, installing butyl rubber flashing and metal flashing everywhere, et cetera. The crew finished the job within their original time estimate, and they cleaned up everything like they were never there. ESG provided us with a seamless, stress-free process for a daunting home repair. Before leaving, they proactively went around and fixed numerous other existing construction defects by caulking all sorts of wall pipe penetrations, siding nail holes, and siding flashing that was unrelated to their contracted work but they said was missing & potential areas for water to get inside -- so kind & professional!
